The Vicar of Abbiston Fosset has something he wants to get off his chest.
A man of God, a devoted husband, a trusted minister and, most proudly, an acclaimed expert on his beloved orchids. The vicar’s seemingly bucolic life hides a dark secret which he no longer feels he can keep to himself.
He called himself ‘The Orchidian’ but, after hearing his confession, you may have a very different name for him.
A monologue written and directed by Dave Lee, The Orchidian features William ‘Mac’ McFadzean as the Vicar.
*Ticket price also includes entry to the world premiere of East Coast Fever, a short film by Dave Lee about Hull’s fourth best poet, Dean Wilson, and his sublime poetry.
