Ticket sales
Tickets obtained or purchased from EventBrite are subject to the EventBrite Terms of Service Agreement and EventBrite Privacy Policy. Tickets obtained via any venue and other ticketing service are also subject to any terms and conditions and privacy policies that may be imposed by the organiser, venue, or ticketing service for such events.
We collect information about you when you register with Eventbrite to attend Heads Up Festival events. The information you provide will be used to process your booking. We will also use it to contact you via EventBrite regarding your booking. We may also contact you to undertake post-event evaluation. Please note that Eventbrite is a third-party service that is not owned or managed by Heads Up Festival or Ensemble 52 Ltd. You should refer to EventBrite’s terms and conditions of privacy policy as we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies.
If you do not wish to purchase tickets online from EventBrite you can purchase tickets from some venues directly and some tickets may be available on the door on the day/evening of the performance.
Chairs, fireworks, laser pens, flagpoles and other potentially dangerous objects are not permitted within venues unless otherwise stated.
Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted in venues.
Facilities are provided for disabled and people with mobility issues. If you have any special access needs, please contact the box office.
Admission to festival venues is at your own risk and Heads Up Festival and Ensemble 52 Ltd has no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, death or injury to you or your property which is not caused by its negligence.
Cancellations or changes to an event
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, and/or change any event for any reason at any time.
If you obtained tickets through EventBrite for an Event that is cancelled or postponed, we will attempt to notify you using the email address used in connection with the ticket order. If you purchased tickets through EventBrite for an event that has been cancelled, a full refund will automatically be issued through EventBrite.
If you obtained tickets through a third party organiser’s or venue’s website or ticketing service for an event that is cancelled or postponed, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you if we are informed that the event is cancelled or postponed and if we have your contact information.
Recordings and photography
You may not record, publish, transmit, display, sell, or use live audio or video, recordings, or photographs of an event for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Heads Up Festival, Ensemble 52 Ltd and/or the applicable rights holders. We request that you do not record, photograph or make live audio or video recordings of any festival performance without first asking permission, even if for personal use.
